Residential Care

NACH has been licensed and surveyed by the State of Tennessee as a Residential Care Home. lAs such, we provide full-time, family-type living in a private residential home for elderly persons or adults with a disability. Our residents receive personal care and meals as well as engage in daily activities, and have staff available to them around the clock.

Adult Day Care

Are you a caregiver looking for social options for your elderly loved ones? Then NACH is your solution. Our team of professionals will welcome your senior with an open heart and open arms. Our Adult Day Care services helps seniors thrive both physically and mentally through recreational activities that stimulate brain activity. NACH provides an environment for interaction with other seniors with similar and diverse social backgrounds. Research shows that seniors who have structured days filled with activities and time with friends tend to have better outcomes over time, even when coping with conditions such as dementia. 

 

Our adult day care is open during regular business hours from 8am - 5pm, allowing caregivers to work if needed. We offer support to families of elderly loved ones that may be diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other mentally debilitating diseases or disorders. In addition to recreational activities and socialization, all of our seniors receive benefits such as meals and snacks, medication monitoring, and other health-related services. Heath-related Care Services

All of our seniors receive general daily care which includes issuance of prescription medication and vitals check.
